Kromans Cooking School in Vesterbro, Copenhagen is the setting for cooking classes inspired by cuisines from across the culinary world.

Team building and private events centred around cooking. Here, you prepare the food together in a beautiful kitchen, where we demonstrate the very best kitchen equipment while guiding you in how to use it throughout the cooking, before ending the evening with a shared dinner.

It is a social food experience combining professional expertise, learning, a great atmosphere and plenty of room for laughter and a healthy appetite.

    We are ready for another wonderful season filled with culinary experiences. Now with open daytime classes available on both weekdays and weekends.

    Bookings are in full swing, so if you are planning a company event or a private party, please write or call us to make sure you secure your date before somebody else does.

    First time at Kromans?

    A unique team-building experience awaits
    if you are a group of between 12 and 50 people.

    Whether it is a private gathering or a company event, we are the perfect place for an evening filled with a great atmosphere and first-class food.

    Working in teams, you prepare delicious food together from scratch.
    We take care of all the practical details.

    Centrally located in Vesterbro. Only a five-minute walk from Copenhagen Central Station and Vesterport Station.

    It is also easy to get here by car, with parking right outside the door and spaces for electric cars, car-sharing vehicles and petrol cars.

    Choose from more than 30 exciting menus featuring dishes from around the world.

    Prices range from DKK 1,050 to DKK 1,595 per person. Beverages are included.

    Set off on a gastronomic journey of discovery

    Try team building through cooking at our cooking school in Copenhagen. At Kromans, you can choose from several different class themes, each with its own flavours, rhythm and personality. What they all have in common is that you prepare the food together, learn along the way and end the evening around the table.

    It is social gastronomy with structure, joy in the kitchen and great energy.

    Prices start at DKK 1,050 per person excluding VAT and include beverages.

    Please remember that evening groups must consist of at least 12 people.*

    *) From 1 May through 26 June and from 4 September through 18 December 2026, the minimum group size on Thursdays and Fridays is 20 people

    We had a fantastic time at "All About Cooking" for our team-building event!
    It was a great experience to cook our own food together and enjoy a fun and relaxed evening as a team.

    On behalf of our company Encodify, I would like to give Karsten our warmest recommendation. Karsten was fun, skilled and good at creating a cozy atmosphere. We held our summer party at his place with 20 colleagues, where we cooked delicious Italian food. There was plenty of food and drinks. Statements like “best event” and “can’t we do the same for Christmas” were mentioned during the evening. This is not the last time we will come to Karsten and his team. Perfect event for team building and entertainment 🤩

    Det er anden gang, jeg besøger Karsten Kromans kokkeskole. Første gang var få måneder efter åbningen i 2014, hvor vi var seks venner samlet til en helt fantastisk aften.
    Denne gang var vi ti kolleger, og endnu en gang leverede Karsten og hans team en oplevelse i særklasse. De formår at skabe en ramme, hvor alle kan være med – uanset niveau – og sammen skabe et genialt måltid.
    Med en perfekt kombination af chefkok-attitude, kæk charme og gode historier sætter Karsten scenen for en aften, hvor madlavning og vin går op i en højere enhed.
    Og hvis man samtidig sætter pris på at arbejde med virkelig lækkert køkkengrej, som stadig står knivskarpt efter alle disse år, så er Kromans Kokkeskole svært at slå.

    Karsten was a gracious, entertaining and overall wonderful host. My team and I had the best possible experience in his kitchen! Despite not all being vegetarians, he definitely showed us how to enjoy his Vegetarian Affair cooking class. There was endless wine, laughter and great food. The kitchen was clean, the instructions were clear and no one was stingy with ingredients. We all rolled out the door at the end of the evening. I cannot wait to return!

    Vores teambuilding event hos All about cooking var en helt fantastisk sjov, lærerig og vellykket aften. Karsten guidede os på underholdende vis gennem en supervelsmagende menu med lækre vine og delte samtidig rundhåndet ud af kokketips, som jeg glæder mig til at prøve af i mit eget køkken. Alt foregik i supergod stemning og velstyret af Karsten og hans team - alt var tip top og får min varmeste anbefaling.

    All About Cooking is a working showroom where you have the opportunity to use a wide range of excellent equipment. We are happy to advise you if you need new equipment for your home. If you are planning a new kitchen, we can help with everything from the initial design to a completed kitchen from leading Danish kitchen brands.

    FAQ – Kroman’s Cooking School

    What is the address of the cooking school?

    All About Cooking – Kromans Cooking School is located at Trommesalen 4, 1614 Copenhagen V, with direct street access.

    Which buses and trains can you take?

    Bus routes 26, 6A, 7A and 9A all stop close to Trommesalen, either on Vesterbrogade or at Vesterport on Gammel Kongevej. You can also take any train or S-train that stops at Copenhagen Central Station or Vesterport Station.

    Do you have cooking classes in English?

    Yes, we do – all classes can be in both Danish and English

    Are there any special requirements for taking part in your classes?

    No, we do not require any particular kitchen skills, but you should enjoy cooking – whether because you take pride in making food yourself, want to improve, need new inspiration or appreciate the pleasures of the table in the company of others. Remember: you are here to learn, not because you are expected to know everything beforehand.

    Do you need to bring anything?

    No, you do not need to bring anything apart from a good mood. We provide everyone with an apron. However, we recommend wearing clothing and footwear suitable for cooking.

    Who teaches your classes?

    Unless otherwise stated, the classes are taught by Karsten Kroman and his team.

    How much does a cooking class cost?

    Prices vary depending on the menu you choose – click the categories above to see the full selection

    Do you only hold cooking classes in Copenhagen?

    Yes, as a rule, all classes take place at the cooking school in Trommesalen. But if you have a fun idea, please give us a call. We are usually game for almost anything…


    Can you hold meetings at Kromans, and do you have any AV equipment?

    Yes, you can hold short meetings or presentations here, and we provide a projector free of charge. The projector has both VGA and Mac adapters. Call us on +45 24 65 46 47 to learn more about the terms.

    Can you hire All About Cooking – Kromans Cooking School for product promotions, blogger events and similar events?

    Yes, we are happy to hire out the venue for all kinds of promotional activities, commercial shoots, TV productions, blogger events and much more – with or without cooking.
