All About Cooking is built for all types of gastronomic teambuilding and private dining in Copenhagen as well as corporate and customer related events for 12 people and up.

We can accommodate all kinds of gastronomic wishes you may have. You decide for yourself whether you want to do a little or a lot – or to put it another way – whether it should be hard core cooking or focus should be on a cozy get-together, teambuilding or something in between – you decide. We can offer you more than 30 different menus! We have divided them into 4 categories 
Good food & ‘Hygge’ – Danish/Nordic gastronomy – Vegetarian/vegan or A little affair…

You have a free choice ‘on all shelves’ and we provide you with the best raw materials selected personally by our chefs. We have a playlist for all our menus so you will enjoy good music along with the hands-on cooking event, in fact, there is every opportunity for a successful event.

How much does it cost?

Prices, content and themes can be seen under the menus in each category. Please note that all prices are excl. VAT – but incl. beverages.

The degree of difficulty varies, so call us and tell us who is coming and what your main perspective is for your event (..having a good time with colleagues… focus on cooking techniques… or…?) We will be happy to guide you to the right menu in relation to your wishes and your budget.

How does it work at All About Cooking?

In the following, we have described a standard program for conducting a cooking course with us.

But let’s just start from the very beginning…

The deal/ Letter of Confirmation

Give us a call (+45 2465 4647) or write an email ( and book a date. Check out the menus and let us know as soon as possible what you would like to cook. Let us also know about allergies/dietary needs on your team. When these 3 things are settled we will send you a Letter of Confirmation (LoC) with everything in it. Make sure to read it as the event will be organized according to the LoC.

Menu selection

As soon as the date is booked, it is a good idea to choose the menu you would like to cook. There are more than 30 menus to choose from divided into 4 different categories and you may choose anyone you like – but everybody has to cook the same menu*. If there participants with allergies or dietary needs (e.g. vegan/vegetarian) we will prepare the special menu so they can be fully integrated in the teambuilding event. Depending on the scope of work to accommodate the allergies/dietary needs an additional ‘special menu-fee’ may apply on top of the menu price. The fee will cover the cost for special ingredients and our extra preparation time.

* For large groups (over 30) it is a good idea to talk to us about which menus are suitable for the group size.

All you have to do now is to look forward to the event and show up in a good mood – we will take care of the rest.

About beverages…

Drinks are included in the price, however, not served as an all-you-can-drink concept – but we are not cheap and never had complaints. The house wines and the house beer (Ale no. 16) are served while cooking along with ice water and our renowned, homemade elderflower lemonade. Very nice, selected wines are served for the menu matching the dishes and (where possible) also the country.

For the menus under ‘A small affair…’ we serve the house wines with the menu – but you have of course, the option to buy selected wines at only DKK 95.00/person (+ VAT)


At 5 p.m./17:00 – Arrival. We kindly ask for exact arrival as we have no waiting area.

At 5:10 p.m./17:05  – Coats are hung in the wardrobe by us.

At 5:15 p.m./17:15 – Welcome drink is served by us. When the cooking starts, you help yourself.

At 5:30 p.m./17:30 – Snack is served

At 5:40 p.m./17:40 – The chef takes you through the evening’s menu, cooking techniques, ingredients and gives you tips & tricks

At 6:10 p.m/18:10 – The chef goes through the kitchen and tells where everything is located (bowls and trays, knives and utensils etc.) He will then divide the group into smaller teams. Each team makes a dish on the menu.

Afterwards, everyone washes their hands and the cooking starts in the respective teams. We have calculated approx. 1 ½ – 2 hours of cooking time in the kitchen.

At approx. 7:30/8 p.m.  19:30/20:00 you go to the table. All the food is now prepared in the kitchen and will be served just like in a restaurant, where the individual teams are plating the dishes in collaboration with the chef.

At approx. 10/11 p.m.   22:00/23:00 the event is over – unless you want to stay longer. Just be aware that after 11 p.m./ 23:00, a staff fee is added per hour.

The finest materials
The kitchen is super exclusively decorated with the best appliances from Gaggenau and Neff and fitted with Quooker Twin Tab in all sinks. The tables are in Corian and American oak and the cooking is taking place on the 4.5 m long and 1.6 m wide cooking island.

The best equipment
The kitchen utensils and appliances are all the best from Kitchen Aid, Magimix and Mauviel, among others. The plates are, of course, the beautiful and classic French plates from Pillivuyt accompanied by Italian Bormioli glass. With our high quality facilities and equipment, we can provide the perfect setting for private dining or company teambuilding.
